Making purchases in the online store METR64 is based on these provisions and is tantamount to agreeing to all the provisions and information contained therein. Therefore, before placing an order, each customer is asked to read the regulations carefully.

The store offers accessories and clothes designed by Anna Kasieczka who is METER and 64 cm tall.
The given prices are gross prices. Prices do not include shipping costs.
The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, introduce new goods to the online store offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store’s pages or make changes to them.
The store issues bills as proof of purchase of goods, being the basis for any exchanges or returns.
The product dimensions given are approximate dimensions.
Shades of material may actually differ slightly from those in the pictures.
To place an order without registration, after completing the cart, click the “Place order” button, then click the “I order without registration” tab and enter the necessary data for shipping.
To place an order with registration, click on the “Log in” button and then click the “I am a new customer” tab. By registering, the customer sets up his own account, thanks to which he can track selected products, has access to the history of his orders, and can update his contact details on an ongoing basis.
You can also register directly when ordering. Then click the “Place order” button and select “I’m new customer” to enter your details. When registering, enter your e-mail, login and password that will allow you to log in during subsequent purchases, without having to re-enter the address details needed to ship the ordered goods. Then the order proceeds as standard.
You can unsubscribe and unregister at any time. For this purpose, please send an e-mail with such information to the following address: email@example.com
Placing orders takes place through the website of metr64.com. To buy a product, specify the number of pieces and press the “Add to cart” button.
The selected product will appear in the basket. However, the site remains on the same product so that you can continue shopping.
However, if you want to see your basket in detail, click the “Go to basket” button in the basket on the right or the basket icon. The page will move to your basket. There you can specify which products you want to buy in this order and which you want to remove from the basket.
In this step, you must also choose the form of delivery and the method of payment associated with it (Transfer or Cash on delivery). The chosen method of shipment often forces a specific method of payment (e.g. letter delivery forces payment by bank transfer). You select the available payment method.
If you want to finish your shopping, click the “Place order” button on the shopping cart page. The next step is Login, Registration (if you are buying for the first time) or Placing an order without registration.
Note: it is possible to send purchases to a different address than the address of the logged-in person. To do this, click on the pencil next to “Delivery address” to edit it. After completing the new address, press “Continue”.
“Order Confirmation” will appear with detailed products selected by you, delivery address, payer’s details, form of delivery, payment method and information on the account details to which the transfer should be made (if this method of payment is chosen).
Finalizing purchases is by clicking the “Confirm Order” button at the bottom of the page. In this way, the order is confirmed by you and the ordered products lose the status of “Available” and become “Ordered” by you.
After placing the order, the order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. It will contain the order number, which should be provided in the title of the transfer (when paying by bank transfer), our data (company name, address and possibly the account number) and the specified amounts to be paid (product prices and shipping costs).
An order that the customer has placed and has not yet made a payment may be canceled. For this purpose, please contact us by email with such information. Note: in the case of COD shipments, withdrawal of the order is possible only if after contacting us by e-mail you receive information from the store that the goods have not yet been shipped and it is possible to cancel the order. However, we ask for thoughtful purchases so that such situations do not have to happen.
The customer has 72 hours to pay for the order. At this time, the product Not Available appears on the purchased product. If the payment for the order is not booked to the store’s account within 72 hours, it will be canceled and the product will be offered for sale again.
If you have a discount coupon, you can use it, according to the expiry date, in any order. To do this, enter its code in the kart page, in the box under the list of ordered products. Please remember that the discount applies to products not on sale! Those that have already been discounted by the store are not included in the coupon discount.
The delivery time is counted from the moment the positive payment authorization is obtained.

The prices of sold products are gross prices and do not include shipping costs, which are always covered by the customer. When ordering several products in one order (also from different departments), you only pay for a shipment once.
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order. The total cost of shipping several items is displayed after adding to the basket.
The prices of individual forms of shipping are given in the “SHIPMENT” tab, which can be found in the bottom menu.
The choice of shipping type affecting payment method. And so: letter items, parcels and courier items require you to make a transfer to your store’s account; after receiving it, we send the goods. For delivery, we send the goods after placing the order, and you pay the fee to the postman.
Given delivery dates do not depend on the METR64 store, are estimated and Metr64 are not responsible for any delays. After sending the package METR64 is no longer responsible for it.
Delivery prices are valid in Poland. In the case of shipping to another country, please contact us to determine the price.
The order is send as soon as possible but no longer than within 7
If, for reasons beyond our control, the shipment would be delayed, the customer is notified by e-mail.
The METR64 online store is not responsible for lost and undelivered shipments. Such complaints should be submitted to the courier company.
A consumer who has entered into a distance contract or an off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving reasons within 14 days. The exception are unique products, made on order in accordance with the customer’s specifications, which are not returnable.
The seller reimburses the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of reimbursement that does not involve any additional costs.
The product can be changed to a different size, color (if available), or a completely different product, taking into account the price difference. Product in this case must be unused and returned with original receipt

In the event of a proper return, the total purchase costs of the product are refunded, including the cost of shipping the product to the customer, but excluding the cost of returning the product to the store.
Returns should be sent by courier in such a way that it is possible to confirm receipt. Please do not send products by ordinary mail or “Cash on delivery”.
Complaints about mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered only on the basis of a complaint protocol, which must be written in the presence of the courier.
The colors of the pictures on your screen may differ from the actual colors of the products. Differences resulting from individual computer settings (color, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for complaints about purchased goods.
You can exchange the purchased goods for a different size, color or model within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, you must quickly place a new order and in the “Comment” in the fourth step of the order indicate that it will be the replacement of the product.
The exchanged goods are subject to the same rules as the return of the goods described in the Returns section (read above). It must therefore be intact (read above), properly packed, cannot be sent COD, etc.
The exchanged goods should be sent together with the proof of purchase received (purchase confirmation) and the completed return form to the address (this form is sent in response to your e-mail with information that you want to exchange the goods):

However, if the product you are looking for is not available on the store’s website, you will not be able to exchange it. The customer can then exchange the product for another or make a return. In the event that the item ordered for exchange is more expensive than the item returned, the store will inform the customer about the amount of additional payment necessary after receiving the return shipment.
Postage costs for the replacement of the goods covered by the Client, unless the exchange result of an Metr64 mistake, then costs are covers by Metr64.
In the case of combined promotions, when the amount of discount depends on the number of products purchased, when returning the product, the amount of discount is also reduced proportionally.
Registration on the website of the store, placing an order, subscribing to the Newsletter is tantamount to the customer’s consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of order processing and contact.
Personal data provided by you are processed by the store solely for the purpose of:
– performance of the contract and the correct shipping process;
– for informing about new products and promotions (when subscribing to the Newsletter).
Personal data is not shared with other entities for marketing purposes.
All collected personal data is protected and stored in accordance with applicable Polish law.
Customers have the right to access their data and correct it. You can make changes by logging into your store account or by requesting that the store make changes. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by sending an email with such information to the following address: metr64.com. In this case, the email address will also be deleted from the database.
